2. Peel off protective cover from back.
3. Position over your nipple area. Press firmly to apply.

We recommend that you perform a skin test 24 hours before extended use. Product is recommended to be worn for no more than 4-6 hours. Do not wear it overnight. Do not use on open cuts, skin disorders, rashes, sun damaged or sun burned skin, or skin with pigmentation problems. Do not use if allergic to silicone. If you have skin or adhesive sensitivities, wear them with caution. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Do not use powders, oil, moisturizers, or fragrances anywhere near the breast area.
